Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost applies for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available to use. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Welcome to this gem in Björnrikecentrat, Vemdalen! Ski in Ski out, with the hill just outside the door. ICA , Skistarshop and gym are within 70m. The property is located at the top of the house (elevator is available) with miles of views of, among other things, Sonfjället. Large glazed rooftop terrace in sunny south facing. The apartment has 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms. Newly renovated bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, open plan dining and living room, drying cabinet in hall, wifi as well as ski storage indoor.

A cosy apartment half an hour from the mountain of Jämtland.

Private apartment, 3 rooms & kitchen upstairs in house at E45, (you can hear traffic) 5 minutes north of Åsarna. Stairs that can be experienced as steep on the outside of the house to its own entrance. Guests clean up after themselves! 2 parking spaces with engine heater socket . 10 minutes: Svenstavik, ICA, Pharmacy, Systembolag. 20 minutes: Klövsjö 30 mins: Storhogna 35 minutes: Vemdalsskalet 55 minutes: Östersund 100 m to bus hpl, to Klövsjö/Storhogna/Vemdalsskalet. Walk/bike path at the house. 1 km to swimming area.

The chalkboard apartment

Apartment with nice surroundings of horse pastures and Taveltjärnen. Close to Sonfjället National Park about 15 km and Vemdalen village 8 km. The ski resorts Vemdalsskalet Björnriket are about 15 km away. A boat by a lake in the mountains with good fishing, please let me know before to book. The apartment is cleaned after your stay but if you want to add cleaning, they are a fee of SEK 1,000, send me a message if you want to add see and we'll solve them afterwards. No pets or smoking allowed in the apartment.

It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city centre. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. Bus stop is only 100 m from the apartment and ICA you will find 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Perfect location in Vemdalsskalet with ski/bike/hike in&out as well as a stone's throw to Skalstorget with restaurants, shops and apres ski. 1 double bedroom with 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. TV, wifi, and fully-equipped kitchen. In the winter, put on your skis outside the door and slide down 40 meters to the seating or cross-country skiing on well-groomed tracks. In summer, roll down bike to the same lift or go on hikes directly from the door or in some of the nearby nature reserves.

Nice charming apartment in older farmhouse with walking distance to center. 2nd 64 m2 suitable accommodation for 2-4 persons. Bed in bedroom 160 cm, sofa bed in living room 140 cm. Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly in winter and hot water needs to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Bed linen, bathroom towels, towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner are included. Check-in via lockbox.

Come and relax in beautiful Härjedalsfjällen in our nice newly built apartment. Right outside the house there is the cross country track and proximity to nice hiking trails and snowmobile trails up the mountain. With a walk, you can reach Vemdalsskalet Square where there is Ica, restaurants, interior store and sports shop. Alpine skiing in Vemdalsskalet, but also close to Björnrike, Storhogna and Klövsjö.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
