LPG barbecue on the terrace. 80 metres to the barbecue area down by the water and about 400 metres to a large jetty with a beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2x toilets & showers. Welcome to a cozy compact accommodation by Lake Storsjön. The accommodation provides full access to the beach, private jetty and amazing views. Beds: sleeping loft 140 cm wide and sofa bed 140 cm wide = 4 beds in total. Associated bed mattresses provide comfortable beds. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. Bed linens and towels are included.

A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.
