Modern and charming little residence with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washing and drying machine, in the kitchen there are all necessities except dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
