Welcome to this semi-detached house built 2020 occupancy at Klockarfjäll/ Vemdalskalet. The house has good communal areas where you can hang out. Window and large balcony facing southwest overlooking the mountains where the sun shines from lunch to late afternoon/evening. The house is 60 sqm and has the amenities you would want with modern furnishings, sauna and fireplace. Activities are outside the door, slopes, 3 min to the ski slope and to cross-country ski trails and 5 min walk to après-ski/restaurants in the shell pass.

Cozy cottage in Hoverberg, in the middle of the Jämtland countryside with a fantastic view of Lake Storsjön. A perfect place to unwind with proximity to both forest & lake. The cottage has four beds (a sleeping loft & a bunk bed). In the cabin, there is ONLY cold water. The cottage has a freezer toilet (icelett; freezer toilet). There is a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle in the cabin. Shower facilities are available at Hoverbergsgrottans camping about: 250m from the cabin for a fee.

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

The Red House

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Our 17th century house retains its charm. Modernized to reach a perfect holiday. Here you can stay as well as summer and and winter. The house is framed by a fantastic view beyond both land and water. Summer has great fishing, winter time snow with slalom in Vikberget or skiing in the long run. Grass surfaces with patio. First floor has kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living-room, others the floor a large gathering room leading to two bedrooms.

The view

En stuga som erbjuder det bästa Vemdalen har att erbjuda året runt med härlig storlagen natur, renar som vandrar utanför fönstret, norrsken som kan skådas över fjällens toppar och hjortron som växer i myren bakom huset.

Large cottage in Vemdalsskalet with ski in/ski out!

Here you stay in a relaxing environment close to everything. Large generous multi-story house with ski-in/ski-out right by the ski bridge at Hildings hill. The plot borders the ski slope, so more ski-in/ski out it can't be. In summer, autumn and spring you have hiking trails around the corner. Central yet somewhat secluded location. Lovely and large terrace overlooking Hovdetoppen and the passport. Rustic with lovely decor details.

Modern chain house, Central Östersud

The house is newly built, central, nice and child-friendly. Walking distance to downtown, Skidstadion and Östersunds Arena (about 1 km). Four bedrooms, one with double bed and three with 120 beds. Three of the rooms are on the upper floor and a guest room in the garage, you come out into the guest room via the house laundry room. The house is perfect for a larger group who want to visit Östersunds and the surrounding area.

Secluded accommodation with high standard near lake and forest. Plenty of space for dogs and children to run around on outdoors. Wood-fired sauna by the lake shore, wood included. Wintertime there is ice-wake. No car traffic and quiet. Good walking paths in the forest, in winter you can go skating or kicking on the lake. Ski tunnel and Forsaleden a few miles away. Good fishing opportunities both winter and summer.
