The newly built small guest house is located at Birka Strand in Ås, about 1 mile outside Östersund. The view is out of the ordinary with a view of the main lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned surface. In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
