Huset är beläget intill långa motion och skidspår som bland annat ansluter till ÖSK-Östersunds skidstadion och Spikbodarna. Om du vill promenera till skidstadion är det ca 1,4 km. Det finns tre sovrum med 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm sängar. Det finns även möjlighet att bädda upp soffan i vardagsrummet till två 80 cm sängar. I källaren finns en 160 cm säng, samt två sängar som är 80 cm.

Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
