The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.
