Orrviken is about 15 minutes by car from Östersund, 40 minutes from Bydalen, the ice road across the lake is open for the season. A village with fantastic views of Bydalen, Oviksfjällen and Åreskutan. Nice and cozy 3-bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Östersund. (3.5 km to the city center). There are 2 double beds (160, 180) & 1 bed (120). The bathroom is fresh, washing machine. 65" TV, however, there are no channels but only streaming services. Netflix, TV4, Max & Disney+ are available. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1,200 Missed cleaning will be charged SEK 1,200 afterwards! Newly renovated 3-room apartment about 7 minutes from Östersund city center by car. There is 1 double bed and 1 bed that is 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The sofa is also comfortable with a width that can be used for sleeping. There is also an inflatable mattress on electricity that is 90x200 and quite high. Please note: There is no longer a crib, it has been replaced with a regular bed (90x200) The bathroom is fresh and a washing machine is available to use if needed. A large glazed balcony with infrared heating.

During the summer months, the area offers a variety of activities such as cycling, hiking, fishing and swimming.
