Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Cozy loft on top of our garage. Here you stay in a quiet environment close to nature and Lake Storsjön, while being only 5 km from central Östersund. Here you can enjoy summer days down by the lake and swim at the public jetty. In winter, you can go ice skating and skiing on the ice or ice fishing. There are walking and bike paths into town and buses stop nearby. Cat and dog are on the grounds, so if you are allergic or dog scared then this place is unfortunately not for you.

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cottage beautifully situated on the former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. It is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea.
