The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.
