Clotilde, the host, is very friendly and helpful. She provided us (me and 6 friends) with all the important info. Maria welcomed us at check-in, gave us a quick tour, and was also super nice. Mattia surprised us one day by stopping by with a cute dog - such a sweet moment! Any visits from the hosts are always announced in advance; Clotilde asks what time works best. ❤️ The bedrooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, except for groceries. The sofa in front of the TV is super comfy, perfect after a long day of hiking or exploring the city. The rooftop terrace is the highlight of the place - perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, soaking up some vitamin D, or having a barbecue. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is a top choice - highly recommended!👍🏼👍🏼

The best part is the terrace with sea view. And the beach close by with a nice restaurant. Davide is a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the fresh fruits, biscuits and coffee on arrival, it makes you feel welcome. The only downside is that the appartment was and smelled a bit damp when we arrived. Maybe we were the first after the winter season. We solved it by keeping the door and window open for a while, the room freshner spray that we found and the good airconditioning system.

My daughter, her little dog Obi and I spent a wonderful month at Giaia's house. She is a wonderful hostess, always attentive and gave us some delicious lemons from her house. As we went with Obi, she had food and dishes for him, plus a little gift. The apartment is very well located, you can walk to the main places of interest in the city of Palermo. There is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. When we return to Palermo we hope to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much Giaia!!!!

Annalisa und Stefano haben uns freundlich, mit klaren Anweisungen und zusätzlichen Tipps für die Stadt empfangen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein wenig laut war es tagsüber, weil im Haus renoviert wurde, aber das ist vermutlich nur vorübergehend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!

Giulia est un hôte accueillant et très serviable. Son appartement est irréprochable et correspond pleinement à la description publiée sur le site. C’est un emplacement stratégique pour visiter la ville de Palerme en commençant par le Palais Royal.

La casa è pulita e funzionale, c'è tutto ciò che serve (pure il diffusore per i ricci!), è grande e comoda, la posizione è centralissima, usciti dal portone si è sul retro della cattedrale. Avere un posto auto comodo, riparato e sicuro a Palermo ci ha svoltato la vacanza, si sta senza pensieri e si possono organizzare gli spostamenti in serenità. Federico è attento e premuroso, si spende per i suoi ospiti ben oltre gli altri host, è reattivo ai messaggi e dà spiegazioni chiare e puntuali. Si vede che tutto è pensato perché l'ospite sia in vacanza e si goda il soggiorno a Palermo senza fatiche varie. Consigliatissimo!

Great place to stay in Palermo. Very clean, all needed amenities are present, good temperature compared to the outside heat, warm welcome by the host, and close to the centre of the old city (15-20 min walk).

Francesco war der perfekte Gastgeber! Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns jeden Tag proaktiv mit wertvollen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und gemütlich, so dass wir uns von der ersten Stunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Bemerkenswert ist, dass die Wohnung dank der sehr guten Fenster sehr ruhig ist. Die Terrasse war viel geräumiger als wir sie uns vorgestellt haben und war wunderbar bepflanzt. Wir haben nicht das Geringste zu bemängeln und können die Wohnung mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal, Francesco!

L’appartement de Francesca bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ancien à pied. Il est spacieux, coquet rempli de livres d’art. Rien ne manque! La terrasse verdoyante et fleurie est très agréable. Francesca nous a organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport, c’était fort agréable du fait de notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci Francesca!

super appartement. très propre. la propriétaire nous a laissé des délicates attention pour pouvoir petit déjeuner, vraiment très appréciable vu notre arrivée tardive. l'appartement est a quelques mètres à pied du centre historique ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de tout à pied.le seul petit inconvénient la rue est bruyante même en pleine nuit. antonella est une hote hyper agréable qui nous a donné tout plein d'informations et de bonne adresse.

Schönes Airbnb in einer zentralen Lage. Alles sauber und perfekt und der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Würde mich das nächste Mal in Palermo nochmal für dieses Airbnb entscheiden!

Esperienza positiva, a partire dal check in, avvenuto verso le 22, con grande disponibilità da parte di Angelo. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccola difficoltà durante il soggiorno, ma con grande proattività Angelo è stato pronto a fornirci supporto, offrendoci anche una colazione ad un ottimo bar vicino dimostrando grande attenzione al cliente. Posizione fantastica, centrale ma non rumorosa e in un palazzo storico di grande fascino. Suggerisco di lasciare qualche asciugamano in più per i soggiorni di 4 notte, com’è stata il nostro. Grazie, alla prossima nella splendida Palermo!

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

Casetta ben curata ed in una zona tranquilla e nel mezzo del centro di Palermo. Massimiliano è stato sempre molto gentile e pronto a fornire qualsiasi indicazione necessaria. Speriamo di tornare presto.

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Cute, fun apartment. Loved having the hot tub and BBQ. Comfy bed, strong shower, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped with oils, condiments, herbs, salt pepper etc. Quick gas hob (an unusual thing in Airbnbs!) Nespresso machine with lots of pods and an espresso pot. Location right in the middle of the action, everything walkable. The owners run a shop too with local delights, looking forward to enjoying my Marsala and chocolate tonight... Stairs not an issue for us, just remember to do the lights as you go!

We have stayed in a lot of wonderful AirBnbs in several countries, and this was by far the best. The apartment was absolutely spectacular, very roomy and modernized. The pictures really don’t come close to doing it justice. Angelo was a fantastic host—very helpful with local information on sights, restaurants, transportation, etc.—and always fast and gracious about responding to what must have seemed like trivial questions that we had at times. It was a fantastic experience!

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Villa Dora è una bellissima villa con piscina che dista pochi metri dalla spiaggia Ciammarita. È un’appartamento appena ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Il giardino e l’orto sono ben curati e hanno una bellissima vista sul mare. Dora è un’ottima padrona di casa! Molto gentile e cordiale.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wunderschöne, helle, grosszügige Wohnung in der Nähe von Palermo und dem Flughafen. Fantastische Aussicht zum Meer und in die Hügel. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, bequeme Betten. Beste Betreuung durch Vincenzo, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, vielen Dank.
