It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/bathtub/washer/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free parking right by the house + 380V connection for electric cars.

Zum Studio gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC inkl. Handtuch, Föhn, Duschgel & Shampoo. Vor dem Haus steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung . Tiere 15 CHF pro Tag

Für Ihren Komfort stehen Ihnen alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Fahrzeug steht ein PKW Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür und auch für Elektro- oder Hybridautos ist gesorgt, da eine Ladestation direkt am Haus vorhanden ist.

Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.
