Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The 40 sqm apartment +10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court and mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 5.11. The small sauna (up to 4 people) will remain open.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. Experience the Allgäu Riviera in this modernly equipped apartment overlooking the mountains. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Hopfensee. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with a mountain view. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also quickly reach the mountains.
