Fully functional, with kitchen and bathroom, bed linen (bed made up on arrival) and towels provided, so you don’t need to bring anything… Small terrace with garden furniture. Self-check-in (key box), free parking, direct bus access to the train station and city centre, shops and restaurants nearby. Although we are on our own property, we are very discreet to ensure your complete privacy.

Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. 40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
