Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Our home is the perfect place for your family or business getaway. Our house has been beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional styles. Each corner has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All this is just 5 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Arena.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).

Git'ane

Old charming cottage located in a hamlet, close to the village of Boussay and its castle, in the heart of hilly landscapes. Available for 2 nights or more. Children (and not just them) will be delighted to meet our gentle donkeys (Isa and Belle), our free-range hens or the 2 horses. It feels like a small farm! I also offer a new GIT'ANE 2 cottage, close to this one with an extra bedroom.
