It is a 300-year-old longère in Tours. It was renovated in 2011 keeping the general structure but bringing it all the modernity and comfort of a modern home. It has a beautiful kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, a spacious mezzanine. It is surrounded by a sun terrace facing a valley. A large landscaped lot surrounds the property. To enhance the stays, a jacuzzi is installed on one side of the house.

The exterior of the accommodation is displayed, showcasing a rustic stone facade and large windows. A fenced area with seating options is visible, alongside a path leading to the entrance. An outdoor terrace invites relaxation while overlooking the surrounding landscape.

It is an apartment with its own independent access. It is spacious with 2 large bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom and a living room with open kitchen which is equipped with all comforts. All this is equipped with sliding doors and adapted in such a way that it is very suitable for people in a wheelchair. It also has a terrace of about 50 m2 overlooking the beautiful rolling landscape of the Limousin.

A private spa area is presented with a large hot tub filled with bubbling water, surrounded by light-colored walls and wooden accents. Natural light enters through a window, highlighting potted plants and a serene statue located nearby.

Beach house Atlantique is all about location, style, atmosphere and relaxing. Fantastically situated in a quiet road between the lovely sandy beach (400 meters) and the village Le Bois Plage (400 meters) with the shops, daily market, supermarket, restaurants and bike rentals. This is truly a perfect location for a car free stay!
