Holiday rentals with a sauna in Poitou-Charentes

Vincent and Xavier have a small haven of peace in which it is good to recharge. The setting is superb, the quality of hospitality both in the relationship with them and in the comfort of the spaces is optimal. We had 5 exquisite days.

The place matches the descriptions, the hot tub for 2 people was great! We were warned that the sauna was not exceptionally accessible. Communication was very smooth and pleasant with Aurélia, who agreed to compensate for the unavailability of the sauna by the possibility of staying a little later on Sunday morning.

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

I would recommned this property. The location is ideal and makes it possible to do bcp things on foot. Remains calm and soothing as it is located in the city center.

We had a great time in this very clean, well appointed accommodation, with 2 suites (even if we only used one!), and no complaints about the amenities. Very quiet corner, 5 minutes walk from the port (choose access by the waterfront or the pretty alleys of the city!) I imagine that even in high season it remains far from the hustle and bustle of the port. Large comfortable beds, we were happy to enjoy the accommodation after the walks. In short, at the top! Bavier is also a very considerate and available host.

We had a very nice holiday in this nice apartment with big balcony facing the resort's pool. The resort is well kept and quiet with mostly families as guests. Description in text and image corresponded to reality. Nathalie was a very nice host who was easy to communicate with. We would be glad to come back.

I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!
