Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Royan market and the city center. You will be able to fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for long stays. It has a large terrace of 50m2, facing south, ideal for enjoying the royal sun.

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided. Household linen not provided-Possibility to rent on request.
