Studio 20m2 situé à 200m du Lac, à 2 mins à pied du port, à 100m de l'île aux enfants. Alentours calme idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Hourtin plage est à 10 mins en voiture, Lacanau à 30 mins et Montalivet 20 mins. Plusieurs plages sont accessibles via les pistes cyclables aux alentours. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence. Le centre d'Hourtin est à 30 mins à pied et 10 mins en vélo, vous pourrez y trouver boulangerie, banque, super marché, pharmacie, laverie et poste.

Back to nature lakeside cabin for 1-4 :-)

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Exceptional location for this house renovated in 2022 100m from shops and 150m from the beach. Enclosed garden of 800 m2, without opposite in the pines, quiet, with possibility to park 2 cars. Surf and ocean beaches 5 minutes by car, 20 min by bike, lake 2 min walk, tennis on the street. Everything can be done on foot: walks in the forest, bike rental next door with bike paths everywhere.
