Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Potsdam-Mittelmark

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem 5-Bett-Zimmer. Der Check-In war unkompliziert, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war lecker. Da wir einen sehr frühen Abflug gebucht hatten mussten wir sehr früh aufstehen und auschecken, was aber kein Problem war, da es für solche Fälle eine Schlüsselbox gibt. Außerdem wurde ein Taxi für uns bestellt. Der einzige Punkt der leider nicht so schön war, war das Badezimmer. Da haben die Türen der Duschkabine nicht so gut geschlossen und in der Decke des Bades war ein Loch, weswegen die anderen im Zimmer mithören konnten. Aber das Hotel befindet sich gerade in Renovierung daher denke ich wird das auch bald verbessert.

호스트 분들도 너무 친절하시고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 묵어본 에어비앤비 중에서 가장 좋았던 것 같아요..!! 공간구성도 알차게 잘 되어있고 깔끔해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 특히 도보로 5분 이내로 지하철,트램,버스를 이용할 수 있어 편리했습니다.

The host is extremely friendly and welcoming, right away me and my friend felt very comfortable! We were treated as one of the roommates, with extreme trust and flexibility. There was no curfews, everyone got home and went to bed/woke up at whatever time they wanted, while keeping it quiet, however if you have an extremely light sleep it might cause some problems. The area of the place is also great, there’s an U-bahn right underneath and a bus next to it. There’s shops all around, a park and art galleries, so despite not being exactly in the center, there’s still lots to do! Every day we would wake up with birds chirping and sun shining in through the window - the most pleasant mornings I’ve had in a while! My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the shared spaces, it was a bit messy. Also, the apartment is situated on fourth floor with no elevator, so prepare for some leg work out! Generally, I’m very pleased with our choice of accommodation:)

Als ich abfuhr, fühlte ich mich wie beseelt. Fred und Saskia sind super nett und sehr zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Aber vor allem der besondere Spirit des Hauses hat mich fasziniert! Das Haus "IST Musik". Musik verbindet und die beiden leben diese besondere Energie - ich bin sehr froh, sie kennen gelernt zu haben. Danke!

Paikka oli rauhallisella omakotialueella, hyvät yhteydet kuitenkin. Mukava huone ja mukava emäntä. Voisi kyllä joskus olla pitempäänkin kuin vain pari yötä!

Had a great stay at Marcellos place. Everything was fine, he always responded to questions very quick and friendly and the room as well as the amenities were clean and well equipped. No question- next time I will book again!

Гарне розташування, завжди можна знайти де припаркувати машину поряд. В номері зламалася плита але нас переселили в покращений номер. Але що саме цікаво нам був комфортніший простий номер, бо в тому не було дверей в спальню, точніше вони не закривалися. Також покращений номер був в іншому крилі і там не було ліфта. Але все сподобалось.

Amazing host, very essy to comunicate, pets friendly place, beautiful suroundings at the place. Short way to Berlin center (25min with motorcykle ;) ).
