Résidence calme, tout petit studio 20 m², exposition SE proche tous commerces, à 600 m des remontées mécaniques, navette ski bus à 30 m. Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ce studio de type Savoyard est tout équipé. Cuisine américaine, machine à laver, écran plat , séjour-lit 140/190, dressing, SdB WC et balcon de 5 m² avec vue sur Aiguille du Midi par temps dégagé. Lac, base de loisirs, parc enfants à 100 m. Si vous souhaitez amener votre linge de lit et serviettes je fais une petite ristourne.

Cozy studio renovated bed with open views

I am next door and I use the studio as an out-of-season office. I provide just like at the hotel, towels. The location is ideal. Everything can be done on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is ideal for relaxed evenings after the effort. By car easy access by the very clear national road to Megeve (10min), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.
