This apartment renovated in 2021 is located on the second floor with elevator, of a historic building "Il Cantinone", renovated in 2015. It enjoys an excellent location 30 meters from the beach (about 1 minute walk) and 60 meters from the pedestrian center of San Vincenzo. On the ground floor of the building is the Conad city supermarket. The beach in front of the house is one of the most beautiful in the country, with fine sand, crystal clear sea (blue flag) and no rocks.
