Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Livorno

A lovely and peaceful place, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and scenic views — perfect for a relaxing stay. The hosts were very responsive and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Un posto meraviglioso in mezzo alla natura. Daniela gentilissima e attentissima alle esigenze degli ospiti, anche nei minimi dettagli; addirittura una vetrina "piccola dispensa" in salotto con diversi prodotti di prima necessita' e non, prezzati e pronti per eventuale acquisto, tutto sulla fiducia. Wafer e biscotti in cucina e una selezione di saponi e shampoo in bagno. Ottima esperienza. Ci tornerei con piacere.

Wir haben schöne Tage am Meer verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Meer wie auch am Abend zu den verschiedenen Restaurants. Dadurch ist es natürlich auch nicht ganz ruhig. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber vielleicht als Hinweis. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war top, besser geht’s nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt nebenan einen kleinen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist und man bekommt dort alles was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, gerade zu zweit perfekt.

Personale gentilissimo e posizione comoda per girare tutta l’isola (una media di 25 min per raggiungere i punti più belli.) Il casale offre piscina, campo da tennis, ping pong e parco per bambini. Ogni alloggio ha un porticato piccolo dove poter cenare con vista tramonto. Siamo stati molto bene

This place is as beautiful as the photos. Brand new, carefully designed in every detail and well equipped. The property is gorgeous and it feels secluded, but it’s very accessible and only a 5-minute bike ride from the beach or the town. Geraldine, the co-host, is so friendly, flexible and responsive and gave us the warmest welcome, along with good local recommendations. We stayed in one of the small apartments and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us, including the huge yard, but I loved it so much that I’d be interested in renting the whole property with a group of friends. We had a great stay at casa sophia. It is a great little home in the nature in Toscany. We loved that we had a kitchen with everything we needed, a living room and a garden all for ourselfs. The garden had enough privacy and we woke up every morning with birds singing and no other noices present. There is only one neighbour to the right and one neighbour to the left but very quiet otherwise, but still very close to a little village. We were there for two weeks at the end of april/beginning of May. It was still a little cold sometimes, but there was an electrical fireplace and enough blankets to keep us warm. In summertime i'm sure it keeps cool very well. Note that the swimming pool is not open yet in May. We really had everything we needed in this home. There were enough pots and pans, a dishwasher, a thing to keep flies out of the house, a washing machine and comfortable bed.

We loved our short stay, the apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds. The communal pool is absolutely spotless & so refreshing with plenty of sun beds & parasols & a friendly lifeguard. Serena was so helpful with recommendations & getting around & always responded quickly. The location is great for exploring the area with good transport links & beaches & restaurants within walking distance.

Gorgeous place, warm and generous host - this is a unique experience where everything feels good, with eye for detail and comfort. Nice daytrips (Petra Winery and villages, coast) to be mixed with relaxing and enjoying the view. Very grateful for the three days, the kindness, dog Pepe, the fab handpicked wild flower bouquets and nice conversations. Going up and down the mountain is an experience too and so worth it!!!! Big thank you Susanna, also for the drives and the car! Would love to come back & we recommend this big and comfi appartement for 2-3 day stay or longer!

Our stay at Casa Doris was simply amazing! A charming old house with a soul, a beautiful garden and a great pool where you can actually swim :)) Moreover, Andrea and her husband were wonderful hosts. Very kind, attentive and yet invisible. Although they live next door, we had absolute privacy, but when needed they were always ready to help us. Thank you Andrea and Maurizio for your hospitality it was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your home ❤️

We had a WONDERFUL❤️experience at this home. The views are soooo peaceful & exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for a place where you can focus at least a few hours with no interruptions with your spouse & family, this is it! If you are looking for connection on social media, crowded place or busy place this may not be for you. We were NOT looking to be on our phones, or hooked to the TV.s (that we can do back in America), we were looking to be peacefully enjoying each other away from daily distractions. THANK YOU so much for listing this home: we cooked dinner together, our son cooked breakfast for us in the morning & sat down on the table just to eat & chat! That is priceless! Yes, the road to go in/out is in a hill & different from America, but hey this is Italy & in the MOUNTAIN. So relax, experience something new & dont complain! The only thing I suggest to Christine is to change the house #on the address to #30 instead of #18 so the GPS can take us directly🫶

Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Wohnung aus! Meerblick, Sonnenuntergänge, Blick auf Korsika... die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. obwohl die Vermieter gleich nebenan wohnen, hatte man immer seine Privatsphäre und sie sind sehr freundlich. perfekt, wenn man viel Natur und Ruhe möchte und um den Westen von Elba erkunden...

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Capobianco e della Padulella, sistemazione tranquilla e host sempre disponibile. il signor Nedo altrettanto attivo nel dare indicazioni utili Pulizia discreta, arredamento semplice ma funzionale. Esperienza super positiva

Die Unterkunft von Francesco ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und unsere Hunde hatten richtig viel Spass. Dank des umzäunten Grundstücks konnten wir uns absolut entspannen ohne ständig zu schauen, wo die Hunde sind. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben, hat uns sehr gefallen. In ein paar Minuten ist man zudem am Strand. Francesco und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles ist top organisiert. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wij zijn hier in de mei vakantie 5 dagen geweest en hebben het super fijn gehad. De locatie is prachtig en een super uitvalsbasis om de prachtige regio Toscane te ontdekken. Ook het zwembad is een fijne plek om na een lange dag te ontspannen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Giuseppe e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito preziose informazioni per approfittare al meglio del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è decisamente più carino di quello che ci aspettavamo ed abbiamo potuto usufruire della preziosa doccia esterna messa a disposizione nel giardino. Abbiamo trovato simpatia gentilezza ed ospitalità da parte di tutta la famiglia di Giuseppe, un'esperienza che ci piacerebbe sicuramente ripetere!! Grazie di cuore per il piacevole soggiorno.

La casa di Daniele è davvero un gioiellino, pulitissima, con tutti i confort, compresa lavastoviglie, bollitore, macchina del caffè e molto altro. È stato come essere a casa! La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale, a due passi dal centro, ma in una zona tranquilla dove non c’è confusione ed è facile il parcheggio. Daniele è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare, una persona squisita! Sarà un piacere ritornare.

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!
