Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Parma

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte, ma non ci è mancato nulla. appartamento pulitissimo, semplice ma molto funzionale, non abbiamo avuto problemi a portare con noi il nostro cane anche se non è di taglia piccola. Federica è stata gentilissima, siamo arrivati prima del previsto e alla nostra richiesta di poter consumare uno spuntino si è subìto adoperata e abbiamo assaggiato dei salumi e formaggi ottimi in un ambiente informale e casalingo come piace a noi. Siamo molto soddisfatti , consigliatissimo.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

C'est incroyable, cet appartement est un bijou, c'est hyper propre, très fonctionnel, c'est accueillant, même l'extérieur, c'est très agréable. N'HESITEZ PAS A VENIR CHEZ RIZA! Si seulement tous les AIRBNB étaient comme ça, malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas.

Posto davvero bello! Esperienza divertente ed unica per chi come noi ha bambini, spazio per giocare, giochi a disposizione, ambientazione caratteristica. Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort immerso nelle colline Piacentine. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo trovati subito a casa, da qui eravamo in posizione strategica per visitare l’Emilia; siamo andati a visitare sia le Colline di Matilde sia il Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, sia Parma, Modena e altri luoghi, ci è piaciuto molto e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, lo raccomandiamo a tutti e soprattutto in primavera! Ringrazio Angelo e tutta la famiglia per l’ospitalità, spero di poter tornare un giorno!

Adriana ist eine ganz, ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im gleichen Haus und steht wirklich immer sofort zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat mehrere Zimmer mit Betten. Wir waren nur zu 4 und haben ein Zimmer gar nicht genutzt. Das Dorf ist oberhalb eines Berges. Dort gibt es ein Restaurant, was anscheinend auch nicht immer offen ist. Wenn man mehr Auswahl will, muss man mit dem Auto den Berg runterfahren.

Ottimo appartamentino in pieno centro in una zona tranquilla. Letizia ci ha accolto di persona e si è sempre prodigata per le nostre piccole necessità.

La maison était juste parfaite tous les équipements sont haut de gamme. La maison est très bien équipée, pas de vis à vis, on avait une vue très sympa sur le lac et les vignobles autour. Vincent est très réactif . On n’avait pas de soucis de communication aves les hôtes. On était bien accueilli par Tommaso. Bref je recommande ce magnifique spot il est juste parfait.

Roberta’s place is a gem. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They provided us with milk and bread. They even helped us charge our car when it was completely out of battery. He drove us to the nearest charging station and brought us back. He is very kind. My kids got along with his son and they were playing together. Roberta is really kind. The house was very clean. I would love to come back! Extremely nice people.

Casa di Elena è semplicemente fantastica. Un casale moderno con tutti i comfort in una vallata WOW dell’Appennino tosco emiliano. Io la mia compagna e la sua famiglia abbiamo passato qui le festività natalizie, e non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore. Casa confortevole, una campagna deliziosa con una pace incredibile e un panorama mozzafiato. Elena è stata sempre presente e super disponibile in ogni domanda o necessità, e ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un momento che ci porteremo per tanti anni.

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

Il signor Vincenzo è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo approfittato a pieno del portico antistante e della possibilità di grigliare. Attorno alla casa si trova un comodo parco giochi e un bel sentiero tra le colline per passeggiare serenamente anche con dei bambini.

Alberto and Margherita always provide a warm and welcoming stay. It is great for business travel in the region.

We loved our stay at Elisa’s place in Parma! The location was perfect and close to everything in the center. Would highly recommend staying here.

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.
