The Malecon is a 30 min walk. There is a heated rooftop pool and a gym. Rental includes designated secure underground parking. The unit has 500 Mbps WiFi, Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and on demand hot water. The kitchen sink has filtered water. Partial ocean view from one of our balconies and mountain view from both.
