Holiday rentals with a balcony in Puget Sound

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s, but Line’s place was by far the most well stocked and squeaky clean. Line was very generous stocking the fridge with milk and the cupboards were filled with cereal, snacks, and cooking staples. My son was in heaven eating Fruit Loops! The bathroom included a variety of toiletries and we had everything we needed to feel at home. Line was very responsive and helpful when our train was canceled. I now understand why her place is rarely available. It was a great experience and we hope to return again soon!

Jill’s condo was in a perfect location. Quiet, but very walkable to downtown Kirkland. Jill was very friendly and communicates well.

Loves staying here at Jeffrey’s rental unit 20 min drive to all the great spots and good food around! Also the unit is very clean and private

This is a great apartment in a great neighborhood -- it is slightly removed from the hubbub of the busier parts of Lake Union, but in a matter of minutes one can be on the waterfront, in lovely quiet parts of Queen Anne, or at the Space Needle, Gates Foundation, or Space Needle within 15-20 minutes walking. The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable -- I stayed with my grown son and his dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Agata’s place was so beautiful, in a great location and very comfortable to stay in! There was lots to do around the area and it felt very safe. It was very easy to check in, even when going with a vehicle and the instructions were super easy to follow. Agata also responded quickly to messages and made communication stress-free. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We kept walking through this house going "Who ARE these people?!!" because everything was so interesting. It was such a gorgeous fantasy to live in. This is not one of those IKEA/Wayfair-heavy houses without personality -- it's the exact opposite. From its design and furniture to all of the amazing art to the board games and plants and the incredible solarium, I just assumed these are the coolest people on Earth. It was lovely pretending to be them for 4 days :) The apartment downstairs is beautifully set up, and the main floor was a dream. Appreciated the heated floors during those cold PNW mornings and watching the magnolia tree bloom through the solarium windows. Highly recommend this spot to anyone with great taste!! You will not be disappointed.

We had a very good time at the house. We loved the patio and the game room and the jacuzzi.Very fun.Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming.Just a few things to note.There was no lighting at the patio and the jacuzzi area in the evening .It would also be nice if you had a tv at the living room area.Apart from this we had a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again.

Unbelievable house! Listening to the river on the giant balcony everyday was so peaceful. The house feels so remote, but it’s only a couple minutes from town! Master bedroom/bathroom were also better than the pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful accommodations and peaceful surroundings. We really enjoyed the hot tub with a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound. Modern house with great views and very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again.

Very easy to find in a good neighborhood and the first thing that stood out was how clean the place was. Home was very organized and everything you need to be comfortable. Host was very helpful answering any question with a fast and friemdly response. With in walking distance to stores,restaurants, parks and The Ballard Locks. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home, very clean, enjoyed the view, surroundings, & wild life. We loved everything about the home. Thank you for allowing us to create the many memories!

Had a great girls weekend! 2 moms and 2 girls. Plenty of space for us to enjoy, great parking spot, and really enjoyed just hanging at the house much of the time. Walked to the zoo and rose garden, just up the road to Ken’s market and great pizza. WiFi was a bit slow making streaming hard, but manageable for regular surfing. Danced at night to the awesome CD collection. House is old craftsman style with character, which comes along with squeaky floors and a claw foot tub downstairs (I loved it). Would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot, just as pictured. The bed is comfortable, Courtney is a wonderful communicator and the place is walking distance from everything. I would stay again.

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and staying at Emma's place very much contributed to our enjoyable trip! She was so responsive throughout the booking and trip planning process, and was incredibly flexible with our checkout process. The condo was comfortable, in a great location for walking to various activities, and close to many restaurants. Emma was a great host - would definitely stay at a property of hers again in the future when I'm in the area again.

Overall, I would recommend staying at Top Floor Water View Oasis. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host team responded quickly and I think did their best to resolve them. Pros: -As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular—we spent a lot of time enjoying the water views from the balcony. -We were in town for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the location was incredibly convenient. If you're attending an event there, this condo is perfect. -Our family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for two nights and found the space comfortable. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and worked well for us since we were out and about most of the time. -Self-check-in was seamless, and building access was easy.
