In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. This old cosy cottage is located in the little village of Eckhorst, which means "Oak-forrest". Its just 7 km away from the City of Lübeck, its picturesque old town and romantical X-mas-Markets. The farming-house has 2 separate flats. While you stay e.g. downstairs in the farmers-flat with your family and the grandparents, your friends stay upstairs in the fully furnitured studio with a kitchen and a cosy little bath. There is plenty 2 see and 2 do in the region.The Baltic sea is 30 Min. away.

The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
