In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus toddler) with a lot of love and stylishly furnished it. Families, nature lovers, active vacationers or even those seeking a break will get their money's worth here! Whether swimming in crystal clear waters in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

Cozy guest house in a quiet location in Ratzeburg

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Wooden vacation home, favorite place with sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea

"Lieblingsplatz" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and proximity to the sea. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. On approx. 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Ferienhaus Liwi

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The wooden house, built in 2023, is beautifully situated in the countryside, 5 minutes from Lake Boissow. The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Farmhouse at the Schlosspark Centrally located

Very close by are: Shopping, bakery & doctor in about 500 m within walking distance. The Lützow train station with direct connection to Schwerin/Rehna is only 20 m away. The Lützow Palace Park is directly diagonally opposite. Other excursion options would be, for example: Schwerin with a distance of 17 km, Boltenhagen/Baltic Sea 40 km away, Schaalsee with about 15-20 km and much more... Parking: right by the house

Backhaus an der Elbe with fireplace (+ heat pump)

Quaint bakery on an enclosed, secluded property on the Elbe dyke in the biosphere reserve. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.

Vacation home at Lake Küchen with very large property

The detached vacation home with 70 square meters of living space is close to Ratzeburg, right on the shore of Küchensee. The 8000 sqm property with old trees is unique, offering you complete tranquility and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Small cottage with fireplace and sauna in nature

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.

Entspanne Dich auf geräumigen und Stilvoll eingerichteten 120 m² in ruhiger Dorflage mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Mitten in Mecklenburg kann man zu sich kommen und zu Touren in die geschichtsträchtige Umgebung oder zu Wanderungen in unseren ausgedehnten Wäldern aufbrechen. Ein Stück Natur in Deutschland!
