Willkommen in Bergheim! Schöne 2-Zimmer, 52qm, in einem 2-Parteienhaus mit eigenem Eingang. Die Wohnung befindet in der ersten Etage. Über einen kleinen Flur gelangt ihr sowohl in das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und TV, als auch in das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, TV, ausklappbarem Schlafsofa (1,40 x 2,00 m). In dem Wohnraum befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.
