A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
