The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

It is 35 square meters with a spacious terrace, underfloor heating, high-quality furniture from Lambert to Ligne Roset and a premium box-spring bed.

Opposite the Siebengebirge, near Drachenburg Castle (known as the filming location of Babylon Berlin) and Drachenfels, high recreational value. Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional station approx. 10 min walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn centre approx. 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax of 7% (always more expensive...) required by the city of Bonn = tourist tax.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Beautiful, newly renovated guest house with approx. 50 square meters in the heart of Rhöndorf. With its own small garden, covered seating and private entrance. Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.
