Over 400 m² of living space, we offer exceptional rooms for rent, almost all of which command a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese tea house invites you to while away the time here, and a barbecue area is also available for use. We offer a master bedroom with a balcony, including Guest rooms for three guests. Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The exclusive Vulkan Villa is located next to the Vulkan brewery, including the brewery and beer garden. It is wonderfully hidden with a view of the countryside. The entire villa is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. A highlight is the large terrace with a hot tub and sauna. Lake Laach and the monastery of Maria Laach are less than 5 km away. Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.
