Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner sofa.

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
