Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Rio Rancho

honestly really cheap for the incredible location and incredible service provided by daniel... its exactly how its described, but the icing on the cake and cherry on top was how much he helped us during our short stay!!! he was sick too, so he truly went above and beyond!!! he provided extra fire wood for the fire pit because we were slightly unprepared for the weather (it was the middle of January) and needed the fire pit for a little bit to warm up before sleeping. he was very communicative and wayyyy too kind. we mentioned needing an outlet to charge our phones for the road and not only did he provide an extension cord for us but he also checked the fuses in our car to figure out how to fix the issue of the electricity not working, offered extra fuses if he had any, and when he didnt have any on hand he told us exactly what fuses we needed to fix our car issues and showed my husband a little bit on how to do it so we can stay safe!!! absolutely above and beyond!!!

We were group of family friends visited Albuquerque for Christmas break and Vince has been an amazing host and always responsive for any questions. The place is very close to restaurants, downtown, grocery shops etc. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely choose your place in future.

Elizabeth’s place was wonderful and she was very welcoming with treats and necessities. We will definitely return to her clean, comfortable and ideally located home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque, Brian was a great host. The home was in a great location and had a great view of the city. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was stunning and perfect. The home was very clean and very unique, thanks Brian we can’t wait until we can come back.

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was spotless and so comfortable. Anthony was extremely kind and responsive from moment of booking to time of checking out. We will definitely be returning and staying here again!

Apartment had all amenities listed & was secure & easy to access. Great neighbors!! Garage was secure & easy to access. Excellent for extended stay for work- or school-related situations. Neighborhood is conveniently located, but many vagrants live on nearby streets. We stayed for several weeks & had only positive interactions with locals. Kitchen had everything needed & a few bonuses, like a hotel-style waffle iron. On-site laundry (in kitchen) was very helpful! Roku entertainment was excellent, Wi-Fi worked well. Living room & bedrooms were comfortable & clean; bathroom was clean & had all necessary amenities. Floors could have been cleaner, but available cleaning products & tools made that easy to remedy. We appreciated the pet-friendly option, but did not need it this time. We'd definitely stay here again in similar circumstances. We did not utilize the inviting outdoor space due to cold weather, but definitely would have if it was warmer! Bruce was an attentive & friendly host.

It is one of the most unique and fun houses I have stayed at. The art down to the room with the loft bed made with the stars in the ceiling was brilliant. Kids would love that. My kids just happened to be too old now. It is a quiet and safe area. I thoroughly enjoyed not hearing one cop car or one ambulance last night, and the backyard is beautiful. I would definitely recommend it.
