Large house on the Île de Ré

This vacation home is in the heart of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers all amenities. Easy parking nearby. The South beach of fine sand is a 10-minute walk, and North is a 5-minute drive. The house is comfortable and vacationers feel at home. Towels and sheets can be booked with a specialized company and delivered on site, the house must be left clean. Possibility to sleep 2 people on the ground floor for a short time.

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
