The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

Please keep in mind that you are self-catering with us. The location of our farm is particularly quiet and is located directly on the edge of the forest. By arrangement, pets can also be brought. I charge a fee, depending on the stay, as a final cleaning.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
