One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The Apartment 22 liegt im Zentrum von Pfalzen, drei Kilometer von Bruneck entfernt, in ruhiger Lage und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die umliegenden Gebirge. Das Apartment ist ideal für Paare, für Familien und für Geschäftsreisende. Es umfasst neben einem Schlafzimmer, ein separates Bad, einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine Panorama-Terrasse. Das Skigebiet Kronplatz wird über die naheliegende Bushaltestelle (150m Entfernung vom Apartment) erreicht.

In addition to the large kitchen, the apartment also has a spacious bedroom with a double bed made of pine wood with an adjoining, renovated bathroom. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available.
