Für den Gemeinsamen Aufenthalt steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher, WLAN und einem Tisch Fußball zur Verfügung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Herden ermöglicht eine bequeme selbst Verpflegung. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es Waschmaschinen, damit längere Aufenthalte problemlos möglich sind.
