Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

FeWo Stecki - Nature near Cologne/Bonn

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

The modern apartment (46 square meters) is beautifully located in nature and invites you to relax. With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.

Our home is located on the first floor of our residential building, right in the countryside and yet in the popular Dellbrück district with all the shopping and playground behind the house in the park. Accessible from airport, downtown and trade fair within minutes by public transport Bus and tram stops within easy walking distance. Direct connection to the fair with the KVB line 3, to the city center with the line 18.
