Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Located directly at the national park gate, beautiful hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig, Wildnistrail) or enjoyable bike tours can be enjoyed from here. From there, the open, bright staircase leads directly up to your holiday apartment. Don't worry about your privacy: the entire floor is reserved for you! The stairwell is just for access; you can enjoy the spacious floor upstairs all to yourself. Free parking.
