Beautiful bright apartment, approx. 100 square meters, is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful country villa. The separate entrance is accessible via an external staircase. Large hallway with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connections, 3 minutes to the Kerpen A4/A61 highway junction, Cologne West with shopping center in about 12 minutes. Phantasialand Brühl is about 15 minutes., Brühler Schloss [Brühl Castle] in about 20 minutes, S-Bahn connection in the neighboring village, about 20 minutes to Cologne main station.

Spacious living-dining area leads into the beautiful conservatory with fireplace and onto the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. View over the town and valley. Fully equipped kitchen. In the immediate vicinity of the Endenicher Kulturmeile (about 5 minutes walk) and the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 min. walk) is my beautiful penthouse apartment. The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or holidaymakers can now find their place to feel at home. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.
