L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. Le Hameau du Breuil, located in the heart of the Poitevin countryside, at the gates of the Abbey of Saint-Savin (UNESCO World Heritage Site), promises calm and serenity. This unique place will allow you to rest and visit a region rich in heritage and activities (an exceptional abbey, the Futuroscope, the Gartempe valley...). The cottage has a natural pool (10x12m) of a vegetable garden, an organic orchard, a bocce court and a garden out of sight.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
