Our apartment is a cozy 1-room apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Cozy 40 sqm ground floor apartment for 2 people in the country house by the lake. Here you will find time to relax on the beautiful large Lake Pönitz. Lake access is only about 100 meters from the house. From here you can start a tour by inflatable boat in summer and drift across the lake or use the space for swimming. Scharbeutz beach is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment.
