The accommodation is very well kept and has been recently renovated. It is located in a charming district of Tours, in a quiet area, located on foot 15 minutes from Place Plumereau. For the minimalist kitchen equipment was sufficient for the weekend.

Nice clean top-floor studio right in the heart of things.

Sebastien place is perfect if you want to know Tours and all Vale de Loire. The place is near all the best pubs and restaurants in town and is also super calm and zero noise to sleep or work. Sebastien answered me super quickly and gave me a lot of tips to know better tours and the other cities. Defenitely this is the best place in Tours and you should stay there!

I absolutely recommend Jean Philippe’s apartment, especially for a long stay! The flat is completely furnished and provided with a fully fitted kitchen (the best oven I have ever tried) as well as with an amazing vinyl record player. The position is good as you have everything you need (markets, bakeries, pharmacies...) within walking distance. Finally, Nicole and Jean Philippe are the perfect hosts, very nice and ready to help!

A small, clean and comfortable accommodation in the city center, 2 steps from the train station and the Velpeau market, at a very reasonable price. Bathroom on the same landing as the bedroom and dedicated to the use of the travelers that we are.

The accommodation is located near the city center of Tours while having the advantage of being located in a charming little courtyard, allowing us to enjoy the peace. It is quite easy to find a free parking space nearby. The apartment is properly equipped and clean, it is perfectly suitable for a stay of a few days to visit the region. In addition, Valérie is a considerate and very responsive host. The only small aspect that could annoy me is the lack of acoustic insulation between the living room and the bathroom-WC (and the absence of a lock in this room), as well as with the accommodation located above. But apart from that, I totally recommend the accommodation! Thank you again for your hospitality.

Very good weekend in Marie's apartment, the accommodation conforms to the description, very clean with everything you need for cooking and with the TV, it is located near the halls and about ten minutes from the old Tours. It's just unfortunate that the neighbor above is so noisy late at night or very late.

Access to the center was good, there was a supermarket nearby and it was a very good location. Also, the conversation was very smooth thanks to the use of English. He was a very friendly and helpful host who could respond immediately if he had any questions. Definitely a recommended stay.

A warm welcome. Patricia even took time to make a tour of Tours (very beautiful city!). In the room, there is enough to make small meals, which is handy. The sharing of the bathroom did not bother me, it is well managed. Patricia is discreet. The main thing for me being to have a toilet for the room, which is the case. When I left by train, I did not even have 1 minute to walk to the train station. Perfect.

The studio was much nicer than I expected, but a little hard to find even though so close to the station. For those who do not speak French well, when you come out of the station, cross the street to the right of the station and look for the tabac/bar. There is a recessed door that you go into. The room itself was very comfy and cozy, and Patricia was very pleasant. I would stay here again if traveling alone. The area is perfect and central to most things.

Guillaume’s apartment is about the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The place is right in the middle of “old Tours” and dozens of restaurants. The apartment, with its old stone walls and beamed ceilings, is a great place to return to after strolling around the medieval sites of Tours.

Excellent location in the city center, the T1 is ideal for a single traveler. Perfect for a night or two. In summer, the t1 heats quickly by its exposure to the sun. In winter, it is surely an asset. On the parking side, I found it easily around. Everything is paying as in all city centers. In short, an excellent address to visit the city on foot.

Nina was very nice and was there to greet us right when we got there. Everything was exactly as we expected. Lots of amenities and a practical studio. Even had towels for us! Not right in the heart of Tours and the lock was tricky to work at times, but we had a great stay and if you have a car there’s a parking lot right next to the apartment that makes getting to the city center very easy. Recommended for an economical and practical trip to Tours.

Jean-Patrick was certainly the most thoughtful and welcoming AirBnb host that I have met. Not only did he prepare breakfast each morning for my girlfriend and me, he also made several specialty vegetarian lunches and dinners! Excellent communication and rapid responses to messages. There was a large private garage where we could park our car which was fab because the surrounding streets are narrow. Staying with Jean- Patrick was excellent! Very sweet cosy room with everything you need. He even provided towels and a nice breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, he was very flexible with the Check in and Check out, so the day of our departure we could leave the bags until the late afternoon. I’d never met before such a kind person and amazing host. Jean-Patrick made me feel like home and even offered extra meals and help with airport transfer. His place has everything you could need and it’s a short beautiful walk to the centre. I’m so grateful to him for making my trip even more special. He definitely deserves the “super host” reward.

A tastefully decorated apartment, impeccable cleanliness, easy contact and a perfect location between the train station and Place Jean Jaurès!

Small apartment very well located, everything can be done on foot once installed. The optional parking is really a plus :). The host was very welcoming and the apartment was as advertised. Clean, nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful stay, it was very clean and both beds were comfortable. The shower room door didn't close properly but that wasn't a problem for us personally. Would definitely recommend!

Armelle is very friendly and attentive to her guests. She welcomed us from her apartment and presented us with the best tour addresses. The apartment is very well placed in the center of the towers, you can walk around and have a bite to eat. It is very pleasant clean and very equip. I recommand it.

The photos pleased me, the location seemed ideal but I must admit that I was especially intrigued by all these rave messages on Armelle's personality ... Well it turns out that all these messages are - almost - below from reality: Armelle is really adorable, the photos are consistent, the apartment is both super clean and warm and everything is designed to make you feel good. If you have to choose a place for your next stay in Tours, this is it ... In any case, I know that I will always return there with pleasure :)
