The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Small house close to the beaches

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and young children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
