Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. My wife, who is a fan of Grey's Anatomy, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun at the playground, which made everything even more perfect. Also, the price is fair for everything that hosting provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

Everything was great! Nothing to complain, from the staff of the building to the residents, all friendly and attentive! The Street opposite the balcony of the apartment is busy, but the location is great, some paços and we were already on the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

Estadia was quiet, the building system is great, 24h concierge, friendly porters and quiet neighbors. The apartment is clean, fans were important and worked well. It has a coexistence in front of the address that helps and the building has a 24-hour market with some emergency items. I do not recommend only ordering pizza from the mama pizzeria that has leaflets in the building, one of the people from the apto ate the pizza and had food poisoning, calabresa was very strange, after being hospitalized one day she was fine. The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

The Studio is amazing, it's in line with the images on the listing. Unfortunately the center is complicated because of the homeless people, I went with family and I couldn't get to know the surroundings because of that. The building is amazing, clean and beautiful, but the location leaves something to be desired. There is security at night for entry and exit of the building, he accompanies you to the market and the pharmacy near the building.
