We go quite often to the Riviera and we are already in all kinds of houses, apartments and condominiums. Edson's place was the one that welcomed us the most. The condominium is very beautiful, with lots of greenery, very quiet (day and night), the pool is excellent and the house is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has everything you need to spend great days on the beach with family and friends. In addition, Edson is an exception host, very attentive and helpful in communications and combined. We will definitely return!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

The house is just WONDERFUL! Everything cute, in the right place, could feel that it was a Home for Mr. Ricardo's family. From the beginning it was very attentive, polite and helpful. The reception of the Dona Nair is was simply amazing, a sensational person. Township helped us on Saturday, and things got delicious. We had another amazing stay in the beach house! This is the second time we have stayed there and again it was perfect. The space is very good, well cared for and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, which made us feel right at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet environment. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend!

Leandro's district is very pleasant, apartment had everything we need during the stay. The mattresses were good and the showers were good. For the heat , it was great to have air conditioning. The walk to the beach is close by and the beach service taking the chairs and the sunguard made a difference. Leandro was very kind and always answered us when requested. The condo is very clean and organized and the pool is good. Nearby had an excellent pizzeria and also a Japanese restaurant. We were on foot for dinner. I intend to host again on an upcoming trip.

Great location, close to everything I planned to go at this carnival. Can easily walk into quieter events and others with more people at Consolação, Augusta and Centro. Ap well equipped with utensils and some items like salt that helps you not need to buy something that is used so little. Thank you

We spent a hot weekend and the windows need to remain closed because of the noise of the avenue. The portable fan I took helped ease the discomfort. On everything else in order. Grazielle kind and diligent. Just a tip for those who go by car: I didn't find parking open close by. We arrive at dawn. I recommend you book early if you're late.

Simply Wonderful the stay we had in the apartment, super clean, comfortable, amazing view. The Location of the Apartment is perfect, in front of Praia and close to the avenue where there is a market, pharmacy and places for food. Elaine was super attentive, always quickly answering any questions we had, with all the right we recommend the apartment and we will go back there many times.

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. BETTER THAN THE LISTING!!! Communication with Renato was dynamic, clear and fast, it helped me in everything I needed. We were very well received by the condo staff, very easy and quick checkin. We went with a 2-year-old who went to the beach walking quietly, because it was very close. The very good beach service, besides having more chairs in the apt if you need it. The balcony is closed with glass, safe for those who go with children. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, with clean linens and changes if needed, it has pillows and several mattresses. The apê is equipped with everything for long stays, kitchen items, cleaning and others. The condominium has several game rooms for those who want to take vacations, toys and huge pool… everything from the 9th 22nd. MY FAMILY LOVED The STAY, sorry it was short… we came away wanting to go back and stay 1 month. Of the Airbnb that we already have, with ctz one of the best.. ah, for those who want safety for sightseeing, is the place! SUPER RECOMMEND!

We love the days we spent in Riviera! The condominium is amazing, we take great advantage of the swimming pool and the beach that is nearby and has access inside the condominium! Accommodations are great, very neat and comfortable! We'll come back other times.

For those who like quiet and quiet this condominium is ideal, because in the front of the condominium the beach is as private, with few people and without major movements. Host Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, he responded to messages as quickly as he could. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is amazing. We had an excellent period. The house was just like the ad. Great location, about 5 minutes walking we have our foot in the sand. Condominium support as excellent beach service. We'll be back for sure.
