The house is exactly like this in the photos. Everything in the photos and description had in the house until my stay. Kitchen equipped with everything essential. Janine very attentive, excellent host. We had some common setbacks that can happen (washing machine had been damaged the previous weekend, and the provider ended up taking a couple of days to change, there was a leak in the kitchen sink, in the hot part, as it has heated and cold water), but soon after informed Janine and the respendable by the Erivaldo Check-in and Check-out, they have already prepared in the resolution. Indenpendent of the setbacks, the stay was wonderful, the house is really amazing as already pointed out in other evaluations that were a watershed in the decision.

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

We stayed only for a weekend plus we loved the house, everything clean smelly and organized, the place super quiet and calm, the house and according to the announcement and even bigger! beach on the same street of the house, the house and huge and fit enough people. Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

I booked Jacira's place for my son and she was wonderfully attentive. It was almost a month of hosting and the place met the needs very well. Jacira was super helpful, nice and that gave me a very great security. We will be back for sure and whenever we need it will be our little house in SP.

My name is Eduarda, I was staying in the month of April and I have nothing to complain about! The space is great, in the apartment there's everything you need from kitchen utensils to bath towel. The location is great, 2min walk to the Albert Einstein or Morumbi hospital. The communication was very good and fast, I will certainly come back more often.

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. My wife, who is a fan of Grey's Anatomy, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun at the playground, which made everything even more perfect. Also, the price is fair for everything that hosting provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

The space fulfills what it promises. It is very pleasant and safe to go with children, because it has a protective screen. The sofa bed mattress is very comfortable and had many bedding and towels available. The surroundings are tranquil, with pizzeria, bakery and supermarkets in the surroundings.

Excellent, everything was as published in the app, very cozy, perfect location, markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc., all close, including the city's mall several blocks from the apartment.

An easy-to-find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a spot on the street, right next to the building. Everything was organized and both the checkin and the checkout were quiet.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !
