Adriana’s place is wonderful - right in the middle of the historic centre of Alghero, it’s close to fantastic cafes, shops, restaurants, and lots of places you’ll want to visit. A short walk from the harbour too. The place itself is gorgeous, elegantly decorated, well stocked for cooking, lovely large stylish bedrooms overlooking a large fig tree. Adriana is really friendly and responsive, and the check in and out process is super simple and smooth. Highly recommend!

We stayed in June and there were few tourists in the Mandriola villa complex. Clean and large apartment for 7 people. The large terrace for lunch and dinner outdoors is very nice, convenient to park in the space in front of the house gate. 20 min walk and you get to Putzu Idu beach that was already crowded in June. A 5-minute drive to the beaches of Sa mesa longa, Sa Rocca tunda. Large Conad supermarket with shops in Oristano 25 km away. small expensive market in Mandriola. About 20 km away you can reach the fantastic beach of Is Arutas and the archaeological site of Tharros. Numerous oil factories . Kind owners and available for various requests or concerns. Marianna's house is located in the center of Calasetta. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. This is a typical house in the area with the wise touch of an interior designer. It has outdoor spaces for eating, hanging out and even showering. I can absolutely recommend this place even for long periods and up to 6 people.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

Easy to reach house with easy to reach shaded parking space, the house has a breathtaking view in a location that allows you to reach Castelsardo on foot without problems, the house is hospitable comfortable and very clean, white is a helpful and very kind host, I highly recommend it to everyone

We had a great week at Mario's place. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable in a quiet environment and with a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Mario has communicated with us throughout our stay to see if everything is going smoothly. He guided us before our trip and sent us many good addresses whether convenient or touristy. Mario is very attentive with his hosts, and small touches awaited us upon our arrival (fruits, drinks ,breakfast...). We highly recommend Mario for your stay in Sardinia, you will not be disappointed either by the accommodation or by Mario.

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation. Provisions were present upon arrival. And very responsive owner, I would recommend it without problem.

Great quiet location. Amazing views. You have everything you need. Very narrow stairs and aisles up to the apartment. Car is a must and I wonder what will it be like in the summer because the AC does not exist. Super good host but we never got a cake that everyone else writes about😉😎! Anyway! Very affordable!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located for excursions in the northeast of Sardinia. Giulia is a great hostess, welcomed us very warmly and gave many tips for the region. Also during our stay, she was always available for questions and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation, is very clean and well equipped. The large outdoor area for dining, barbecuing and relaxing is an additional plus. You can go swimming in the sea at any time through the bathing area across the street. The residential area is (at least in autumn) very quiet and relaxed, the small city center with many restaurants is only 5 minutes walking distance. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment with great views. Nice walks close by and great views. Close to the harbor and main town too. Anna Lisa was a great host and very responsive and very friendly.

We spent Easter and the following week at Federica’s apartment with our family and had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet but still just a short walk to the village center. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of local products and a bottle of wine – a very nice touch. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped – especially the kitchen, which was better stocked than any we’ve seen before. The outdoor hot water shower was perfect after beach days, and there’s even a vacuum cleaner for sandy feet. The AC units weren’t working during our stay, so we couldn’t use them for heating. However, Federica reacted immediately – even on Easter Sunday – and brought extra blankets and a heater, which made us feel well taken care of. The mobile Wi-Fi router didn’t connect, but this didn’t affect our great overall experience. We can truly recommend this place!

Well equipped house, and very clean upon arrival. Federica is very responsive, we were able to add an extra night last minute due to a vehicle issue. The host was very communicative and the place is in a good location. Everything was great, except the place had a damp, musty smell that we did not particularly enjoy.

Raffaela is attentive to these hosts. The accommodation is quite well placed with opportunities to walk from the accommodation. The beach in front is eaten by sea. Nice pizzeria less than 100 m away. Very nice beaches to discover in the area.

We stayed in Donatella's house from August 29 to September 4 and it was 6 fantastic days. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. We found every comfort in the accommodation, from the washing machine to the hairdryer with a diffuser. Donatella is very attentive to the smallest detail, on arrival she also made us find beer and water in the fridge. I 100% recommend Donatella's place. We'll be back for sure!

The three of us spent 10 days in the very pleasant apartment. We were surprised upon arrival with chilled drinks and pastries🙏. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is very well equipped. Breakfast and dinner, quiet and relaxed on the ocean view terrace. Communication with Claudia perfect , helpful and very warm . Likeable and friendly neighbours. By car, we reached many possibilities for hiking, swimming, villages... even in front of the door, the coast invites you to hike along the sea. Our 11-year-old daughter also felt very, very comfortable . Thank you very much, we had an unforgettable time at this lovely place! Hanna, Kirsten & Markus
