We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. Guests can enjoy an independent garden and a (non-heated) swimming pool open in summer (end of May-beginning of September). With a capacity of 8 travelers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from Boulerie Jump).

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Gîte de Courdoux – Le Mans

In the heart of the Countryside, come and recharge your batteries in this small, independent two-bedroom setting, a TV / fridge / microwave area and dry toilet. The exterior reserved for you: A covered terrace for a barbecue, or an evening with your head in the stars under the walnut tree. You will have access to our house for the conventional bathroom and toilet. Secure private parking, peace and quiet assured. Motorcyclists, riders, walkers, welcome!

La Tour de Touvoie- Gîte du Château de Touvoie

This cottage, completely renovated in 2022, is located within a character property, wooded and in a quiet environment. It is built on the ramparts of the old fortress of the 14th century, not far from the main house which dates from the 18th century. For a relaxing stay in the countryside, ideal for families! Only 20 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour circuit, many walks are accessible nearby, in the forest, or in the beautiful villages nearby.
