Feeling good in the Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.

Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district, above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Francorchamps. Our cozy, lovingly decorated vacation apartment is part of our main house, which was completed in 2023. It has its own private entrance, a spacious patio with garden area, and a dedicated parking space. Upon request, bikes and similar items can be stored safely in a lockable garage right next to the parking spot.
