Wi-Fi, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, TV and basement for bicycles with electricity connection incl. Start your day with freshly brewed coffee or tea and start your (active) vacation, relax in the evening sun on the balcony.

We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
